IGF-1 LR3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 Long R3) is a recombinant analog of IGF-1, a peptide hormone endogenously synthesized in the liver and peripheral tissues. The LR3 modification extends the peptide’s half-life, providing prolonged receptor activation compared to native IGF-1.

Mechanism of Action:


IGF-1 LR3 binds to the IGF-1 receptor (IGF1R) and activates intracellular signalling cascades, including the PI3K/Akt/mTOR and MAPK pathways, promoting protein synthesis, cellular proliferation, and tissue regeneration.
