10. Shipping & Risk of Loss​

All shipments are made FOB origin. Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.

Shipping insurance is not automatically applied. For orders exceeding $500, insurance must be explicitly requested when submitting the order form. Failure to request insurance prior to invoice issuance constitutes acceptance of uninsured shipment and full assumption of transit risk.
